What Is a hypnosis session like?

Your hypnosis session will be an extraordinarily wonderful experience which includes the following four segments:

° I will explain thoroughly what to expect during a hypnosis session and answer any questions you may have. After which, you will know more about the truth of hypnosis than 99% of the general public.

° I will discuss your goal(s) and advise you as to what will work most effectively and efficiently for you to achieve your desired results. Again I will answer any questions you may have.

° Once you have decided you are absolutely comfortable with the idea of being hypnotized and you feel comfortable with me as your Hypnotherapist, then, and only then, will the actual hypnosis session begin. I will guide you into a very deep state of physical and mental relaxation. You will feel very relaxed, but will be extremely alert, mentally. In fact, you will be aware of everything going on around you. Hypnotic suggestions for the change you desire will be given to your powerful subconscious mind and become an integral part of you as a whole. The old subconscious patterns that were preventing you from achieving your goal or causing you a problem are neutralized, allowing you to begin living to your fullest potential. You will be brought out of hypnosis with strong suggestions for positive feelings and well being. You will feel refreshed, tranquil and better than you have for a long time.

° The final part of your session consists of a brief discussion about the session and how you feel afterwards. Also, depending on your individual scenario, if subsequent sessions are required, that will be discussed at this time as well.

What can hypnosis do for me?

ANYTHING YOU WANT IT TO!!!

You can now learn to overcome unwanted and undesirable habits, such as smoking, overeating, or drinking. Effective pain control is now at your fingertips. Many other desirable effects can be achieved through the use of Hypnosis/Self-Hypnosis. Using a hypnotist at the beginning of your awareness training is of great benefit. It speeds up the training process. You, by yourself, however cannot reach the level of hypnotic state as that reached when being aided by a trained hypnotist. So do not give up on Self-Hypnosis. Enlist the aid of a trained hypnotist to help you in obtaining that goal.

How does weight loss work?

With weight loss through hypnosis we change the way you feel about food. We should be eating because our body needs nutrition and energy - not eating out of emotion, by the clock, or even eating the last few bites on our plate because we were taught not to waste food. Unlike traditional dietary programs where dieting methods are short term - just long enough to meet the original weight loss goal - through hypnosis we make the lasting - usually lifetime - change in the beginning. This life long change in lifestyle brings about a life long lasting result.

What are the benefits of quitting smoking?

Here's What Happens When You "Snuff" Out That Last Cigarette!!!

  • Within 20 minutes: Blood pressure, body temperature and pulse rate will drop to normal.

  • Within 8 hours: Smoker's breath disappears. Carbon monoxide level in blood drops and oxygen level rises to normal.

  • Within 24 hours: Chance of heart attack decreases.

  • Within 48 hours: Nerve endings start to regroup. Ability to taste and smell improves.

  • Within 3 days: Breathing is easier.

  • Within 2-3 months: Circulation improves. Walking becomes easier. Lung capacity increases up to 30 per cent.

  • Within 1-9 months: Sinus congestion and shortness of breath decrease. Cilia that sweep debris from your lungs grow back. Energy increases.

  • Within 1 year: Excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a person who smokes.

  • Within 2 years: Heart attack risk drops to near normal.

  • Within 5 years: Lung cancer death rate for the average former pack-a-day smoker decreases by almost half. Stroke is reduced. Risk of mouth, throat, and esophageal cancer is half that of a smoker.

  • Within 10 years: Lung cancer death rate is similar to that of a person who does not smoke. The pre-cancerous cells are replaced.

  • Within 15 years: Risk of coronary heart disease is the same as a person who has never smoked.

What are the effects of smoking on the body?

A picture is worth a thousand words!

Nonsmoker                                    Smoker

°
If someone offered you a drink that contained over 4000 chemicals including 40 chemicals known to cause cancer, one responsible for 30% of heart disease deaths, and one that results in 90% of lung disease... Would you drink it? Probably not, and most likely you would be very careful not to spill it on yourself. All of these chemicals are in a package of cigarettes, legal to sell to the public, and sold in most every store.

° Every cigarette that you smoke takes 14 minutes off your life.

° Substances, such as nicotine, in cigarette smoke constrict blood vessels, depriving skin of oxygenated blood and nutrients it needs to stay healthy. This could damage collagen and elastin fibers. Elastin, also made of protein, provides skin with its ability to stretch and then return to its original shape. When these fibers are damaged, skin thins, wrinkles, and sags. Smoking may decrease levels of vitamin A, which appears to help skin against damage.

° There are many more harmful effects of smoking, but most important, what are the positive effects that you are getting out of smoking?

IS IT WORTH IT?
